Refund Policy

Coinlance Technologies Limited provides technology-enabled settlement solutions. Because our services involve irreversible digital asset transactions and real-time payouts through licensed partners, all completed transactions are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances described below.
1. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Completed crypto or digital asset conversions
- Payouts already processed by partner institutions
- Incorrect wallet addresses or user mistakes
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
2. Refunds Due to System Error
Refunds may be considered if:
- A system error on Coinlance’s platform caused a failed or incomplete transaction
- A partner settlement failure is confirmed and reversible
Refund approvals are subject to validation.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Coinlance. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Reporting to authorities
- Permanent platform ban
4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
Contact our support team with:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time
- Amount sent
- Reason for refund request
